- Navigate to the corresponding Hotlist
- Click the Edit link in the top left corner of the page, under the Hotlist title
- Click the Delete link at the top of the edit page
- Please note: deleting Hotlists is a permanent action and cannot be undone

Copying Records From One Hotlist To Another
- Navigate to the corresponding Hotlist through the Sidebar
- Check the boxes to the left of the records you wish to copy
- Expand the Select an Action drop-down and select Add Selected to a Hotlist
- Select the Hotlist(s) you wish to add the records to and click Save when complete
Creating and Adding Records to a Hotlist
- There are several different ways to add candidates to a Hotlist:
- From a Datasheet
- click the pencil icon in the top right corner of the Hotlist card
- From a list (search results, Hotlist, or another Pipeline)
- select the records you wish to add, click to expand the select an action drop-down menu and select Add to a Hotlist
- Directly from an existing Hotlist
- navigate to the corresponding Hotlist and click the +Add People link at the top of the list
- From a Datasheet
Moving Hotlist Records to a Different Category
- To move records one at a time:
- Locate the Current Category column and select the category you wish to move the record to using the drop-down
- To move multiple records:
- Use the check boxes to select the appropriate records
- Click to expand the Select an Action drop-down and select Move Selected to Category
- Select the category you wish to move them to and click the Save button
Creating a New Hotlist Category
- Navigate to the corresponding Hotlist
- Click the +Add a New category link at the top of the list
- Give your new category a Name
- Press the Enter key on your keyboard to save your new Hotlist category
Business Development Methods
- To track business development within Top Echelon Recruiting Software, create one Hotlist record that contains each category (step) within your sales funnel
- Create a new Hotlist from the Sidebar
- You must decide if you want to manage your sales funnel at a contact (people) level or at a company level
- Once the Hotlist is created, add the categories of your sales funnel to the Hotlist
- Click the Edit link to add all of the necessary categories
- As your prospects move from one category to another, you can move them using the Current Category column and selecting the category you wish to move the record to from the drop-down
- Create a new Hotlist from the Sidebar
Creating a New Hotlist
- Expand the Sidebar and click on the Hotlist icon
- Click the +Add a Hotlist link at the top of the Sidebar
- Select the Hotlist Type and give your new Hotlist a name
- Select a Hotlist Owner if applicable
- If you want this Hotlist to be shared with all other users on your account, check the box to Share with Agency
- Click the Create Hotlist button when complete
Removing Records from a Hotlist
- Navigate to the corresponding Hotlist
- Check the boxes to the left of the records you wish to remove
- Click to expand the Select an Action drop-down at the top of the list
- Select Remove Selected From Hotlist
Managing Hotlists
- To access your Hotlists, expand the Sidebar and click on the Hotlist icon in the top right
- Toggle between ‘Shared’ and ‘My’ Hotlists at the top of the Sidebar
- Use Categories to further group and categorize records within your Hotlist
- To create a new category, click the +Add a New Category link at the top of the Hotlist
- To edit Hotlist name, visibility or categories, click the edit link in the top right corner of the Hotlist
- To take action on your Hotlist records, use the checkboxes to select the appropriate records and click the Select an Action drop-down menu at the top of the list
