Viewing Your Invoice

Top Echelon charges customers on the first day of each month for the current month’s service fees, unless you have opted into yearly payment. Either way, invoices can be viewed any time within the Top Echelon ATS.

Please note that the ability to view invoices is restricted to only those users who have permission to manage billing.

To view your invoice in Top Echelon ATS:

  • Expand the Sidebar in the top right corner of the software and click on the Settings icon 
  • Click to expand the Billing section and then select Overview

  • To view all invoices issued after August 2022, click the Billing History button

  • To view invoices issued before August 2022, click the Legacy Invoices button
