View Preferences allow you to add or remove columns from display. When you add/hide a column from view, that column will remain visible/hidden for that specific view on all records moving forward.
To edit your View Preferences:
- Navigate to one of the following:
- Search results
- Click on the grid icon in the top right corner of the list to view the column options
- Check any column that you wish to view and uncheck any column that you wish to hide
- After making your selections, click the “x” in the upper right corner to close the View Preferences
