Weekly applicant tracking system training
Top Echelon helps customers on a weekly basis with its applicant tracking system training and split placement network training sessions. With these sessions, customers can get answers to their most pressing questions and learn best practices within the software.
The live webinars (and corresponding videos) are broken into two categories: Big Biller ATS training and Top Echelon Network training.
Top Echelon ATS training (live)
Not only does Big Biller offer live training to its customers every week, it also offers a training session every day, Monday through Friday. (Times vary by day.) Each session is approximately one hour in length.
This session is focused on answering basic questions about features and processes within the Big Biller applicant tracking system. It’s highly recommended for Big Biller users, especially new customers.
Top Echelon recruiter network training (live)
Like the Big Biller ATS training, this webinar session is conducted once per day at different times and is approximately one hour in length. This session is focused on sharing job orders and candidates and also on best practices for members of Top Echelon Network.
It’s recommended solely for Network members, especially newer members. In fact, if non-members attempt to attend this training, they will be kicked out of the session.
Monthly applicant tracking system training videos
On the first Tuesday of each month, Top Echelon offers what are called Training Tuesday webinar sessions about the Big Biller applicant tracking system. These sessions are scheduled for 1 p.m., Eastern Time.
Customers can either attend the live webinars, watch the training video after the webinar is over, or both. Top Echelon emails a link to everybody who registers for these webinar sessions. These sessions, typically 30 minutes in length, are centered on a different Big Biller topic each month.

In this applicant tracking system training, a Big Biller ATS support training specialist dives into all the ways that the Big Biller recruiting software helps users in their never-ending quest to develop more business. The topics addressed in this session include Hotlists, Tags, managing a sales funnel, and much more.
Training and onboarding
In this applicant tracking system training, a Big Biller ATS support training specialist will address the ins and outs of Big Biller’s many features. This video is for new users, including managers with new users. It covers a wide variety of topics, including available help materials based on different learning styles and needs, how to best provide Big Biller with feedback and what to expect, and future changes coming to training and ATS support.

Top Echelon offers online recruiter coaching and recruiter training seminars for the purpose of helping agency recruiters and search consultants make more placements and increase their billings.
Through our affiliations with leading industry trainers and speakers, we offer FREE recruiter training webinars every month as part of our Expert Recruiter Coaching Series. These recruiting webinars touch upon a variety of recruiter-related topics, dealing with both candidates and clients. Once these webinars are over, we put the recorded versions of the sessions in our Recruiter Training Library.

If you’re looking to earn a certificate in recruitment, we encourage you to participate in recruiter certification programs like the ones offered by the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS). NAPS offers certified recruiter programs such as the Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and Certified Employee Retention Specialist (CERS) designations, among others. NAPS has focused on certification for recruiters for more than five decades.
Despite the fact that webinars in the Top Echelon Expert Recruiter Coaching Series and corresponding Recruiter Training Library are not part of a recruiting certification program, they are presented by some of the top trainers and speakers in the recruiting and staffing industry. These trainers include Barb Bruno, Greg Doersching, Jon Bartos, Bob Marshall, Shally Steckerl, Scott Love, and many more.
In addition, all of the videos in the Top Echelon Recruiter Training Library are absolutely free. You don’t even have to be an agency recruiter or search consultant to take advantage of them. You can also be an internal or corporate recruiter, a hiring manager, or a Human Resources representative.
