Quickly Get Started with our Detailed ATS Guide
Top Echelon has put together a detailed ATS guide for new users of the Big Biller software. This guide is designed to help users get up to speed as quickly as possible, so they can start putting the time-saving features of the software to use and become more productive.
This ATS guide includes short recruiter training videos and written step-by-step instructions on each corresponding topic. The videos and the instructions have been combined to help new users of the software get started on the right track with the features and functionality that Big Biller has to offer. Recruiters Get On-Going Training with Our Helpful Resources
As mentioned above, our team is dedicated to your success. At Top Echelon, we’re only successful if our customers are successful. That’s one of the reasons we put so much of an emphasis on applicant tracking system training and ATS support, including our support team.
Our ATS support hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Eastern Time. Top Echelon and Big Biller customers can reach us via live chat, email, or by picking up the phone. For the times we are not open, we have a comprehensive help center of how-to articles, help blogs, recruiter training videos, recorded training webinars, and on-page help.
ATS Tutorials and Guides
Top Echelon provides ATS tutorials and guides in its Help Center. In addition to the “getting started” ATS guide, there are other popular topics that users can peruse. They include Record Management, Workflow/Running Your Desk, Metrics, Job Advertising, and Administrative.
There are subcategories within all of these topics, underscoring the comprehensive nature of Top Echelon’s tutorials for users of the Big Biller recruiting software.
Detailed Video Training
Top Echelon’s detailed video training takes three main forms. First, there are video instructions included within individual Help Center articles that complement the written step-by-step instructions, allowing software users to learn in multiple ways.
Second, Top Echelon provides weekly live-stream video training for users of the Big Biller recruiting software. This option is often better for users, since they can often receive more personalized training in recruitment regarding the software, in addition to getting their questions answered and learning about best practices.
This live-stream video training is held once a week. The session is focused on answering basic questions about features and processes within the Big Biller database and is recommended for new users. (However, more tenured users can still attend to “brush up” on the software.)
Third, Top Echelon conducts webinar training for users of the Big Biller recruiting software, typically on the first Tuesday of every month. Top Echelon records these webinars, and when they are over, they are stored in the Help Center to assist users who have questions regarding the webinar topics.
Weekly Webinars by Industry Experts
Top Echelon’s webinar training for Big Biller users is called Training Tuesday, since it’s usually conducted on the first Tuesday of every month. Top Echelon also offers recruiter training seminars as part of its Recruiter Coaching Series on the second Tuesday of each month.
Whereas the Training Tuesday webinars are intended for users of the Big Biller recruitment software, any agency recruiter or search consultant can attend the Recruiter Coaching Series webinars. You do not have to be a Top Echelon or Big Biller customer to attend any of these webinars by industry experts.
Keep in mind, though, that while the Training Tuesday webinars are exclusively about the Big Biller recruiting software, the Recruiter Coaching Series deals with general recruiting topics. Specifically, they address the fundamentals of the recruiting and staffing profession, including online recruiting strategies and how to recruit online. They also include the latest tips, trends, and strategies in the industry. These topics deal with candidates, clients, and sometimes both, depending upon the speaker and their areas of specialization and expertise.
In addition to agency recruiters and search consultants, corporate recruiters and internal HR personnel can attend the Recruiter Coaching Series of webinars and apply what they learn to their online hiring practices.
