As a Top Echelon Network member, you have the ability to share your Jobs with all other Network members. Once a Job is shared to the Network, you also have the option of sharing it to other members’ websites by sharing it with the Network Jobs Feed (TEN Feed).
Please note that in both cases, the corresponding company information is never shared.
The following fields are required to share a Job with Top Echelon Network:
- Job Title
- Location
- Min + Max Compensation
- Fee
- At least one Industry
- At least one Occupation Code
- Job Description (500 character minimum)
Option #1: To share a Job from the add screen:
- Click the plus icon in the upper right corner of the software and then select Add a Job
- Enter the Job Order information into the corresponding fields, making sure to enter all of the required fields as mentioned above
- Once all of your Job information is entered, in the Advertise card in the bottom left corner of the screen, check the box to the left of Top Echelon Network before clicking the Save button in the bottom left corner of the page
- Also check the box to the left of TEN Jobs Feed if you wish to share the Job to other members’ websites prior to saving
Option #2: To share a Job from the Jobs Dashboard:
- Navigate to the Jobs Dashboard and locate the Job Order you wish to advertise
- Click on the gray “…” icon in the Advertising column to the far right of the Open Jobs view
- An Advertise window will appear
- Click on the Share link to the right of Top Echelon Network in the available options
- Also click the Share link to the right of the TEN Jobs Feed icon if you also with to share the Job to other members’ websites
Option #3: To advertise a Job from the Datasheet:
- Navigate to the corresponding Job’s Datasheet and locate the Advertise card
- Click the Share link to the right of the Top Echelon Network section
- Also click the Share link to the right of the TEN Jobs Feed option (after sharing to the Network) if you wish to share the Job to other members’ websites
