Deleting a Contact Import

If a mistake was made within a Contact Import, you may choose to delete the group of records that were imported to start fresh.

To delete a Contact Import:

  • Expand the Sidebar in the top right corner of the page and click on the Settings icon 
  • Click to expand the Data Management section and then select Contact Importer

  • From the Contact Import page, locate the import you wish to delete
  • Click the Delete icon  to the right of the corresponding import

  • Click the Delete button when prompted if you are sure that you want to delete the Contact Import (including all associated People and/or Company records)

  • All new People and/or Company records that were newly added through that corresponding import will be deleted and the Status will update accordingly
    • The status will include the date that the delete took place along with the name of the user who completed the action
