Canceling/Deleting a Text Messaging Phone Number

  • Expand the Sidebar and click on the Settings icon
  • Click to expand the Text Messaging section and select Manage Text Messaging
  • From the Manage Text Messaging page, click the trash icon to the right of the phone number(s) you wish to delete

Allowing or Restricting a User from Sending Text Messages As Other Users

  • Expand the Sidebar and click on the Settings icon
  • Click to expand the My Agency section and select Manage Users
  • Click the edit icon to the right of the person you wish to set text message sending permissions for
  • Under the user’s Permissions, click to expand the Text Messaging section
  • To the right of Allowed To Send Texts As Another User, set the appropriate permission then click Save

Sending and Receiving Text Messages

  • To send an outgoing text message, navigate to the corresponding Datasheet or list
  • Any number with the type of mobile should have a text icon displayed to the right
  • Click the text icon to the right of the appropriate number
  • Enter all of the corresponding information and click the Send button when complete
  • If the contact chooses to respond, the user with the associated number will receive a new Big Biller notification

Big Biller Text Messaging Overview

  • Big Biller’s text messaging service allows you to subscribe to a dedicated phone number (or multiple) to send texts to candidates and/or contacts through the software.
    • The outgoing messages are logged as Activities to the corresponding record, and when your dedicated number receives any reply texts, the incoming message will be logged to Big Biller as well.
