A View Preferences icon on all People, Company, and Job Order Datasheets allows you to add or remove cards from display. Hiding unused cards can reduce the amount of scrolling needed to get to important information quickly (like a resume or job description).
These preferences are always user-specific and when adding or hiding a card from view, it will remain visible/hidden for all records of that type moving forward.
To edit your Datasheet View Preferences:
- Navigate to a Person, Company, or Job Datasheet
- Click to expand the View Preferences icon in the top left corner of the page
- Check any card name that you wish to view and uncheck any card that you wish to hide
- After making your selections, click the “x” in the upper right corner to close the View Preferences
