Removing Records from a Hotlist

Top Echelon Recruiting Software’s Hotlists give you quick and easy access to custom lists of People, Company, or Job Order records. Records can be added to or removed from a Hotlist at any time from the Hotlist itself, or from a record’s Datasheet.

To remove records from a Hotlist:

  • Navigate to the corresponding Hotlist from the Sidebar in the top right corner of the software
  • Check the boxes to the left of the records you wish to remove

  • Click to expand the Select an Action drop-down at the top of the list and select Remove Selected From Hotlist


To remove a record from a Hotlist from their Datasheet:

  • Navigate to the corresponding Person, Company, or Job Order record
  • Click the plus-sign icon in the top right corner of the Hotlist card

  • Once the Manage Hotlists box appears, click on the row for the Hotlist you want to remove this record from
    • If you have a large number of Hotlists, you may want to use the Search bar in the top right to locate the correct list
  • After de-selecting the corresponding Hotlist, click the Save button
