Forwarding an Email

  • Navigate to Email in the Main Navigation Bar and locate the message you wish to forward
  • Click on the corresponding Email Subject
  • From the Sent Email Details page, click the Forward button in the top right corner

Sent Items and Email Stats

  • The Sent Items tab on the Email Dashboard will allow you to view details regarding the emails you send through Big Biller
  • Clicking on an email Subject will allow you to view more detailed email stats like bounces, unsubscribes, spam reports, etc.

Using the ‘Do Not Email’ Option in Big Biller

  • Navigate to the corresponding Person or Company Datasheet and inline edit the Contact Information card
  • Click the box to the left of the Do Not Email designation underneath the email address you wish to mark as DNE and click Save
  • If the recipient is included in any type of mass email sent from the software, Big Biller will still send your bulk message but will ignore sending to DNE addresses on your behalf

Removing Access for Google Integration

  • Expand the Sidebar in the top right corner of the page and click on Settings
  • Click to expand the My Account section and select Manage Integrations
  • From the Integrations page, click the link that says “You are currently integrated with Google. Click to remove access.” on the left side of the page
    • Note: removing access will stop scheduled activities from being pushed to your Google Calendar AND stops transnational mail from going out of your Gmail account

Sorting Columns

  • Navigate to a page within the software that uses Big Biller’s grid view
    • Ex – Dashboards, Search Results, Hotlists, etc.
  • Click on the column header you wish to sort by (ascending)
  • Clicking on the column a second time will sort the data in descending order
