In order to send email through Big Biller, you must Verify your Domain. To verify your domain, you’ll need to add a couple of entries to your domain’s DNS. If you don’t know who your domain provider is, this article will help you through figuring that out!
To determine where your DNS is hosted:
- Go to DNSChecker.org’s Name Server Lookup page
- Enter your domain name into the Domain Name field and click the Show NS Records button
- After clicking the Show NS Records button, a chart will appear below. We’ll want to focus in on the NS column, and translate what appears to discover your host:
- Some host names are straightforward, and will appear directly in the NS column entry. (For example, BlueHost is ns#.bluehost.com)
- Other host names, however, may not be as straightforward. Below is a chart that will show NS entries for common hosts:

- If the NS that is returned does not match the chart above, or if you do not recognize the NS, you may need to contact your web developer for help.
- Once you discover your domain host, you’ll need to be able to log into your account with them in order to proceed. The log in process can vary depending on the host.
- First, on the host’s website, look for a Login link. These are typically either in the upper left or right corners of the site.
- If you don’t know your username or password, first look to see if they have a “Forgot username” and/or “Forgot password” link, and follow the steps involved.
