Posting a Job to Social Media

The Big Biller Job Board gives you the ability to post Jobs to your firm’s recruiting website and also to your corresponding social media accounts.

Once a Job is posted to your Job Board, you will also have the option to share it as a status update on LinkedIn, Facebook, and/or Twitter. There are two places where a job can be shared to social media within Big Biller:

  • Jobs Dashboard
  • Advertise Card on a Job Order Datasheet

Please note that you will need to set up LinkedIn integration in Big Biller before sharing a job on that site for the first time.


Option #1: To share a Job on social media from the Jobs Dashboard:

  • Navigate to the Jobs Dashboard and locate the Job Order you wish to advertise
  • Make sure the Job is posted to your Job Board
  • Click on the Post to LinkedIn icon in the Advertising column to the right of the corresponding Job details

  • In the corresponding pop-up window, enter your login credentials (if applicable) and then any additional details you wish to share
  • Click the Share button once complete

  • Follow the same steps to share your Job to Facebook and/or Twitter

Option #2: To share a Job on social media from the Datasheet:

  • Navigate to the corresponding Job’s Datasheet and locate the Advertise card
  • Click the Post link to the right of the LinkedIn icon, underneath the Post Job to My Job Board and Social Media section

  • In the corresponding pop-up window, enter your login credentials and then any additional details you wish to share
  • Click the Share button once complete

  • Follow the same steps to share your Job to Facebook and/or Twitter
