- Expand the Sidebar and click on the Settings icon
- Click to expand the Job Board section and then select Manage Job Board
- Section 2 of the Manage Job Board page will allow you to configure your Job Board page options

Job Board Search Bar Widget
- Expand the Sidebar in the top right corner of the software and click on the Settings icon
- Click to expand the Job Board section and then select Manage Job Board
- In the Job Board Search Bar Widget section, click the Copy to clipboard button
- Paste that snippet into the HTML of your website wherever you want the search bar widget to appear
Auto Responders
- Expand the Sidebar and click on Settings
- Click to expand the Job Board & Posting section and select Auto Responders
- Change the toggle to Yes for the Auto Responder(s) you wish to send
- Select the appropriate Reply to Address, Subject, and Message before clicking the Save button
Accessing the Job Board Code
- Expand the Sidebar and click on Settings
- Click to expand the Job Board section and then select Manage Job Board
- Follow the instructions on this page to pass on the code for the Job Board to your developer and verify the new Job Board page on your website

- To Feature a Job on your Job Board:
- Navigate to the corresponding Job Order Datasheet
- Locate the Advertising card and click the link to Feature on your Agency’s Job Board
Job Board Quicklinks
- To build a Quicklink within Top Echelon Recruiting Software
- Navigate to the Jobs Dashboard and click the Advanced link to the right of the search bar
- Run a search based on the Job criteria that you wish to send out to your candidates
- From your results page, navigate to the appropriate view, locate the Job Board Quicklinks card in the top left, and click the Apply link below
- After the Quicklink filter is applied, click the Copy Quicklink link within the Job Board Quicklink card to copy the link to your clipboard
Setting Up LinkedIn Integration for Job Board Advertising
- Expand the Sidebar in the top right corner of the page and click on Settings
- Click to expand the Job Board & Posting section and select Social Media
- Click the Integrate with LinkedIn button and follow the prompts to establish connection
- Once you’ve completed the integration steps, you can begin sharing Jobs to your personal or company LinkedIn pages as status updates
Posting a Job to Social Media
- Once a Job is posted to your Job Board, you will also have the option to share it as a status update on LinkedIn, Facebook, and/or Twitter. There are two places where this can be done within Top Echelon Recruiting Software:
- Jobs Dashboard
- Click the Post to LinkedIn/Facebook/Twitter icon in the Advertising column to the right of the corresponding Job details
- In the pop-up window, enter any details and click the Share button
- Advertise Card on a Job Order Datasheet
- Click the Post link to the right of the corresponding social media icon
- In the pop-up window, enter any details and click the Share button

Job Board Overview
- Top Echelon Recruiting Software’s Job Board integration allows you to post and advertise jobs on your recruiting website.
- From there, candidates can apply to your job and then will be available for review on the Pipeline of the job that you’ve posted.

Posting a Job to Your Website
- There are three places where a job can be posted within Top Echelon Recruiting Software:
- Job Order add screen
- Check the box to the right of the Job Board option in the bottom left corner after the Job details have been entered
- Jobs Dashboard
- Click the Post to Job Board icon in the Advertising column to the right of the corresponding Job details
- Advertise Card on a Job Order Datasheet
- Click the Post link under the Job Board section of the Advertise Card on the Job Datasheet
