- Expand the Sidebar and click on Settings
- Click to Expand the My Agency section and select Manage Users
- Click the edit icon to the right of the person you wish to allow or restrict from deleting Activities
- Under the user’s Permissions, click to expand the Planner section
- To the right of Delete Activities, set the appropriate permission and click the Save button when complete
General Settings
Hide or Display Inactive Users
- Expand the Sidebar and click on the Settings icon
- Click to expand the My Agency section and select Manage Users
- Click the edit icon to the right of the person you wish to set inactive user display permissions for
- Under the user’s Permissions, click to expand the Agency section
- To the right of Display Inactive Users, set the appropriate permission then click Save
Edit Agency Profile
- Expand the Sidebar in the top right corner of the software and click on the Settings icon
- Click to expand the My Agency section and then select Agency Profile
- Make any necessary edits on the Edit Profile page and click the Save Agency button when complete
Setting Hotlist Edit Permissions
- Expand the Sidebar and click on the Settings icon
- Click to expand the My Agency section and select Manage Users
- Click the edit icon to the right of the person you wish to set Hotlist edit permissions for
- Under the user’s Permissions, click to expand the Hotlists section
- To the right of Edit Hotlists, set the appropriate permission then click Save
Allow or Restricting a User from Deleting Hotlists
- Expand the Sidebar and click on the Settings icon
- Click to expand the My Agency section and select Manage Users
- Click the edit icon to the right of the person you wish to set Hotlist delete permissions for
- Under the user’s Permissions, click to expand the Hotlists section
- To the right of Delete Hotlists, set the appropriate permission then click Save
Allowing or Restricting a User from Changing Hotlist Ownership
- Expand the Sidebar and click on the Settings icon
- Click to expand the My Agency section and select Manage Users
- Click the edit icon to the right of the person you wish to set Hotlist ownership permissions for
- Under the user’s Permissions, click to expand the Hotlists section
- To the right of Change Hotlist Owner, set the appropriate permission then click Save
Allowing or Restricting a User from Creating New Hotlists
- Expand the Sidebar and click on the Settings icon
- Click to expand the My Agency section and select Manage Users
- Click the edit icon to the right of the person you wish to set new Hotlist add permissions for
- Under the user’s Permissions, click to expand the Hotlists section
- To the right of Create Hotlists, set the appropriate permission then click Save
Allowing or Restricting a User from Managing Tags
- Expand the Sidebar and click on the Settings icon
- Click to expand the My Agency section and select Manage Users
- Click the edit icon to the right of the person you wish to set Tag management permissions for
- Under the user’s Permissions, click to expand the Agency section
- To the right of Manage Tags, set the appropriate permission then click Save
Allowing or Restricting a User from Customizing Pipeline Stages
- Expand the Sidebar and click on the Settings icon
- Click to expand the My Agency section and select Manage Users
- Click the edit icon to the right of the person you wish to set Pipeline stage permissions for
- Under the user’s Permissions, click to expand the Pipeline section
- To the right of Ability to Customize Stages, set the appropriate permission then click Save
Setting Add Permissions for a User
- Expand the Sidebar and click on the Settings icon
- Click to expand the My Agency section and select Manage Users
- Click the edit icon to the right of the person you wish to set add permissions for
- Under the user’s Permissions, click to expand the Records section
- To the right of Add Records, set the permissions for each record type then click Save
