- Click Ctrl + Shift + Delete on your keyboard
- Check the box for Cached data and files if not already checked, then click the Clear button

- Click to expand the menu in upper right corner (looks like three dots) and select Settings
- Click Choose what to clear underneath Clear browsing data
- Check the box for Cached data and files if not already checked

Session Paused Message
- A user account can only be logged in from one machine at a time
- If you attempt a duplicate login, the original/most recent login will receive a Session Paused message and will not have access to anything with the database until selecting from the following options:
- Logout – will immediately end that current session
- Make this session active again – will allow you to regain control
