This article serves as a legend for the icons throughout the Top Echelon Recruiting Software and Top Echelon Network software.
The blue circle icon denotes a Person record in your database.
The People database in Top Echelon Recruiting Software is used to manage your candidates, contacts, and hiring authorities.
The orange square icon represents a Company record in your database.
The Company database in Top Echelon Recruiting Software is used to manage your leads, prospects, and active clients.
The green triangle icon denotes a Job record in your database.
The Jobs Database in Top Echelon Recruiting Software is used to track and manage all of your present and past job order records.
The three dots in the top right corner can be clicked to expand the Top Echelon Recruiting Software Sidebar.
The Sidebar allows for quick access to various Top Echelon Recruiting Software functions and lists. This list can be expanded and left open for easy access to items throughout your workday, or minimized and tucked away at any time.
The bell icon in the top right corner will show when you have a new Notification in the software.
Notifications within Top Echelon Recruiting Software are a way of letting you know when certain actions are completed within the software.
The Top Echelon logo in the top left corner (pyramid icon) can be clicked at any time to route you to your Main Dashboard.
The Main Dashboard allows you to review snippets of account information such as record counts, recently viewed records, and recent notifications.
You’ll find the action icon at the top of lists within Top Echelon Recruiting Software including Hotlists, Pipelines, search results, and the Planner.
After selecting records within a particular list, the action icon will light up and can be clicked to expand the various actions you can take on the selected records.
The grid icon to set your View Preferences can be found in the top right corner of lists within Top Echelon Recruiting Software including Hotlists, Pipelines, search results, and the Planner.
View Preferences allow you to add or remove columns from display.
The Record Preview icon can be found to the right of a record name in lists of search results, Hotlists, and Pipelines.
This icon allows you to review the corresponding record information without ever leaving the page or list that you’re currently viewing.
The check-mark icon will allow you to log an Activity.
Logged Activities have a status of Completed and are used to keep track of daily notes, conversations, and events.
The clock icon allows you to schedule an Activity.
Scheduled Activities have a status of Open and are used to schedule follow-ups or reminders to your Top Echelon Recruiting Software Planner.
