And even if you knew both of those things, we’re also sponsors and attendees of conventions, tradeshows, and other events within the industry. One such event that we sponsor and attend every single year is next week’s National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) Conference.
The NAPS Conference is heralded as the premier education opportunity representing the search, recruiting and staffing industry. This year’s event will be held on Sunday, September 22, through Tuesday, September 24, at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa in San Antonio, Texas.
Top Echelon is taking things a step further this year. We’re a sponsor, we’ll be an attendee as an exhibitor, and a member of the staff will also be a speaker at the event. That person is Todd Bossler, the Customer Service Manager and Software Product Manager at Top Echelon. Todd, who has been with Top Echelon since 1988, loves all things tech and has a strong desire to help those who are less technical become more so.
Todd will be tackling one of the most popular training topics among recruiters at the NAPS Conference, that of sourcing. Specifically, Todd’s session is titled “Sourcing Wizardry: Tips for Finding People and Information.” During the session, Todd will present methods for sourcing additional candidates and/or client contacts.
The National Unemployment Rate is currently very low in the country. With the Baby Boomer Generation retiring by the droves every day, qualified candidates are in great demand. Consequently, they’re difficult to find. Todd’s session at NAPS will provide attendees with the knowledge they need to source the type of candidates that they—and their clients—want.
Todd’s session is scheduled for Tuesday, September 24, from 9 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. in the Independence Ballroom 6 & 7 within the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa.
