General Questions
Q: Do I need an account to sign up for training sessions?
A: Yes! We do require a small amount of information to allow you to join our training sessions.
Q: Why are some sessions free and others are not?
A: The free sessions are those that are technical/informational regarding Big Biller ® software and/or Top Echelon Network software. Almost all other sessions are “pay” sessions.
Q: Do I need special software installed for these sessions?
A: We use Microsoft Live Meeting for our sessions. This software allows the audio portion of the session to be played through your computer speakers. If your computer doesn't have speakers or the audio sounds poorly you can dial the teleconference number supplied. You absolutely do not have to use the Microsoft Live Meeting program. You are welcome just to dial into the audio portion of the training session and listen. The Live Meeting software allows you to interact with the speaker by participating in polls. This software also allows you to submit questions to the speaker that can be answered at the end of the session.

Q: What if I sign up for a session and don’t attend?
A: Each session is digitally recorded. You will have access to the session one time after the session has ended to go back and review the contents.
Session Prep and Entry Questions
Q: How do I prepare for a session?
A: When you sign up for a session you are given a confirmation email. The day prior (24 hours) to the session you are emailed any/all documents pertaining to the session. There may also be special instructions on what to do (sometimes the speaker may ask you to do some “homework” or a desk evaluation before the session). If no special instructions are given simply print the documents that are sent so that you have the materials in front of you for the session.
Q: How do I get into the teleconference?
A: Dial the correct number that was emailed to you (please be sure to check the most recent email sent as the number may have been changed from the time the session was created). When the automated attendant begins to speak Press 2 to join an existing conference, and then enter the PIN supplied in the email for the session. Please remember you must press the # symbol to complete the PIN.
During the Session Questions
Q: Can multiple people in my firm attend the session?
A: Absolutely! To achieve this (without having to pay extra) just dial into the session using a speakerphone and simply have the desired extra attendees in the room.
Q: Can I ask questions during the session?
A: Because all persons in the conference except the speaker and one moderator will be placed on MUTE, you will not be able to verbally ask questions. However, you can still by using the Live Meeting Question Manager, or email any questions to Training@TopEchelon.Com at any time during the session. The moderator will then organize the questions and ask the speaker as many of them as time allows at the end of the session.
Q: What if I need to leave during the session?
A: No problem! You can leave the room and come back, or simply hang up the phone. This will not interrupt the session in any way. Because each session is recorded, you will be able to listen to the session at a later date.
