Job Javelin Now Available for Preferred Members of the Network!

Starting on Tuesday, June 1, the Job Javelin job order posting service became available for Preferred Members of Top Echelon Network. Through the Job Javelin model, your jobs will be posted to hundreds of sites. Some are niche-specific, some are industry-specific, and some are geographic-specific. Based upon the information contained in your job order, Job Javelin will post your job to those sites that are the most targeted and that have the best chance of bringing you placement success.
You can find the Job Javelin option on the Job Order Add screen in the Beta/Version 2.0 of the Top Echelon Network and Big Biller software. (Remember, you must be using that version of the software in order to have access to Job Javelin.) At the bottom of the Job Order Add Screen, you'll see the options listed below:
1. "Advertise this Job Order on Top Echelon Network's Split Job Order Database"--This option allows you to share your job with the rest of the Preferred Membership.
2. "Advertise this Job Order on other TE Members' Hiring Hook (a.k.a. Platinum) Websites."--By checking this option, you give your permission for Top Echelon to post your jobs to other Preferred Members' Hiring Hook Websites. Remember, Hiring Hook is the new name for the Platinum Websites.
3. "Advertise this Job Order on MY Website."--This option allows you to post the job on your Hiring Hook Website (if you have one).
4. "Advertise this Job Order on the Internet through Job Javelin."--This is the option you'll click if you wish to utilize Job Javelin for your job order posting needs. Located to the right of this option is a "What's this?" link that you can click for more information regarding Job Javelin.
There are two more important points regarding the Job Javelin job order posting service:
1. Only those recruiters who are using the Beta/Version 2.0 of the Top Echelon or Big Biller software have access to Job Javelin. If you're currently not using that version and would like to know more about how you can start doing so, please call us at (330) 455-1433.
2. Recruiters who reside in the state of Ohio will be subject to the standard Ohio sales tax associated with their purchase of the Job Javelin service.
