That’s the catalyst for this session, during which you’ll be divided into small groups (based on industry) and led by a facilitator to discuss topics of interest. By doing so, you’ll spark new relationships and continue to strengthen existing ones, thereby increasing your chances of making split placements. It’s a documented fact that recruiters who have participated in this session in the past have achieved success after building Trading Partner relationships with other recruiters in attendance. You don’t want to miss this session. You never know when your networking efforts will result in placement cash! |

But if there’s one thing that Top Echelon Network recruiters—and staff members—know how to do, it’s have fun, and this Gala Event will serve as “Exhibit A.” By this time, though, it could be “Exhibit Z.” We’ve been doing this a while. |
