Here is some of the feedback we received from our 2010 Tampa Conference:
From Dan Jensen of Liberty Search Associates, Inc. (BU10)
This year’s regional TE conference in Tampa was jam-packed with training and networking opportunities. The size of the group worked well for me and was small enough to meet and get to know new TE Members and understand their industry niche. This venue gave me the chance to meet and talk with at least five local TE Members who work less than five miles from my office. Of course, it was great to see old friends and visit with other Members. There were just enough breaks to meet and chat with people I wanted to know. I can say for certain that I made connections that will lead to placements that would not have happened otherwise.
The training was perfect. Greg Doersching is always entertaining and provided excellent material on business development. The TE staff provided helpful insight into leveraging technology in our businesses and Debbie [Fledderjohann] gave a great presentation that helped me realize how easy it can be to add contracting to any business model. The entire conference was efficient and effective. The TE staff did a great job planning and delivering a top-notch event. If they hosted another regional event with a similar format, I would sign up in a heartbeat.

Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the Tampa TE conference. Mark, Debbie, Todd, and Drea all did a wonderful job in planning and hosting the meeting. I like the idea of the one-day conference format for this year, but as the day ended, I saw the need for additional time to share information and just talk with other TE Members. Greg Doersching came loaded with information to share and presented the info in an easy-to-understand manner.
I must admit, I came to the meeting with limited expectations, but at the end of the day, I was very impressed and knew that it was time and money well spent. So much so that I also plan to attend the July meeting in Baltimore. “Atta boys” to all of you for a wonderful day.

Thank you, Mark, Debbie, Todd, Drea, and Greg for a great conference in Tampa.
As usual, it was a wonderful meeting. Once again, you helped me clear the copious cobwebs—stored where I claim to keep a modicum of recruiting acumen. That’s a mouthful! And as always, it was great to connect with longtime partners and meet some of the upcoming stars in the Network. Greg’s training session was most instructive; now the trick is to execute on a few of those business-building tactics he provided.
