How Do I Become a Preferred Member of the Network?

Preferred Membership in Top Echelon Network is reserved for recruiters who have demonstrated a firm commitment to the industry's code of ethics, a verifiable split placement history, and an acceptance of Top Echelon Network's policies. Most of our Members come by way of referral, which helps encourage the trust and strength of relationships that you'll find in the Network. With that in mind, Top Echelon employs a four-step process for screening prospective Members:

1. Application: The first thing you will need to do to be considered for Membership is to Request a Membership Application (on the left side of this page).
   
   
2. Interview: Once we've reviewed your application, we'll want to speak with you to discuss your business and how Top Echelon will fit into it. The Network is a tool that has to be used in order to be successful. This time together will also give you an opportunity to ask us questions that you may have about us.
   
   
3. Screening: Your name and company name will be posted as a prospect in the Members' Area of Top Echelon Network. This will give the current Membership the opportunity to provide us with any feedback they may have regarding you and your firm.
   
   
4. Reference Checking: Who you know has always been a key to success, as well as what they know about you. More than anything, we would like to speak with other Top Echelon recruiters that have worked with you in the past. They know the type of recruiter that fits in the Network. Beyond that, we will speak to other recruiters that have worked with you on split placements, as well as corporate references that can shed some light on how you operate as a recruiter.

After being accepted, each Preferred Member is expected to achieve a defined level of success within the Network in order to maintain their Preferred Membership status. This expectation further strengthens the Network by encouraging Members to work together to satisfy their clients' needs.
