Communication is by far the number-one way in which split placements are made in Top Echelon Network. This is why it is so important that all communication between Members is of the highest quality possible. There are many ways in which quality communication occurs within the Network, including face-to-face meetings, which we highly recommend, especially at a conference or convention.
