Top Echelon Network's special networking software—called "Splitsville"—combines all the best aspects of both traditional and social networking techniques. You can more easily keep track of Trading Partners, post information to their Profile, comment on their posts, and set up job order and candidate alerts.

Split Candidates and Split Job Orders

Split Candidates and Split Job Orders
Tens of thousands of pre-qualified candidates and job orders are available in the Network for split placement purposes. The split candidate database contains candidate profiles submitted by the Preferred Members of Top Echelon Network. These candidates have been pre-qualified by the submitting recruiter, who has also prepared and submitted a Resume Data Sheet (RDS) and resume for each candidate. The split job order database contains job orders submitted by other Top Echelon Network recruiters. As a Preferred Member, you can search either database at any time.

Our online "Who Works What?" software tool will help you locate potential Trading Partners based upon what you're working on and what they're working on. This tool puts the right data at your fingertips, so that you can efficiently find the Trading Partners you should contact.

Network Statistics & Reports

Network Statistics & Reports
Preferred Members of Top Echelon Network have access to specific reports regarding Network activities from Top Echelon. Some of the statistics tracked quarterly and yearly are:

  • Percentage of placements within disciplines
  • Month-by-month placement totals
  • "Actions Causing Placements"
  • Number of job orders
  • Number of candidates
  • Percentage of job orders and candidates within disciplines
  • Number of face-to-face interviews

Other reports made available are "Top Producers," "Top Split Placers," and "Top Producers by Region." Network awards are distributed based upon the numbers contained in these reports.

Communication is one of the Four Pillars of Top Echelon Network, and as a way of enhancing that communication, the Network offers a Discussion Forum for its Preferred Members. This forum serves a number of different purposes, including the exchange of information and ideas and the opportunity to post hot job orders and candidates.

Quality is another one of the Four Pillars of Top Echelon Network. As a result, the Network provides a Policy Handbook to its Preferred Members and also employs an Ethics Enforcement initiative. These directives were designed to create and maintain the highest levels of quality possible within the Network, especially as it pertains to communication between Preferred Members.

Conferences and Conventions

Conferences and Conventions
Each year, Top Echelon typically holds a National Convention and a Fall Conference. These events present an opportunity for Top Echelon Preferred Members to meet each other, develop valuable Trading Partner relationships, and hear the industry's top speakers address a variety of pertinent recruiting topics. Every meeting agenda is customized to the needs of our Members at that time. And as you would imagine, our conferences and conventions also include time for social gatherings, parties, and some fun!

Newsletters

Newsletters (with a short TV summary)
Top Echelon provides Preferred Members with its online weekly Pinnacle Newsletter designed to chronicle activity within the Network, as well as provide details of industry news and trends. Accompanying each newsletter is a three-minute television-style Internet broadcast known as "TE TV", which summarizes the week's events.

Frequent Placer Program

Frequent Placer Program
In order to encourage activity within the Network Membership, Top Echelon offers an incentive plan called the Frequent Placer Program (FPP). Top Echelon uses a point-based system for this program. Whenever a Preferred Member makes a placement, reports a face-to-face interview, attends a conference, etc., they receive a certain number of FPP points, which accumulate throughout the year. Every Preferred Member automatically receives points for their Network activity.

Each Preferred Member who accumulates points will receive a "cash-back" reward in the form of a check after the conclusion of the calendar year. The amount of the check will correspond directly to the number of points they earned throughout the year.

Recommended Recruiter

Recommended Recruiter
Top Echelon will publicly recommend the active and successful Preferred Members of the Network to the outside world via the public website, RecommendedRecruiter. Through this website, employers and candidates are able to search, find, and research the best recruiters in their areas of need or specialization. This form of marketing helps our Preferred Members a number of different ways (more candidates, more clients, more traffic to their website, etc.)

Candidate/Job Order Alerts

Candidate/Job Order Alerts
How would you like to be notified automatically of candidates and/or job orders that are available and are within your chosen industry or niche? We’re talking about candidates and/or job orders that would give you the highest probability of making a placement.

Preferred Members of Top Echelon Network have access to candidate and job order alerts. After submitting their screening criteria into the system, alerts are emailed to Members at the end of every business day. In the body of this email is a link that leads directly to the list of candidates and/or job orders of interest.
