A: There is no contractual obligation. You're billed one month in advance on a month-to-month basis, and you're free to discontinue your service at any time.

Q: How long will it take to convert my data from my old software package into Big Biller's format?
A: Every conversion is treated in a separate fashion and involves unique elements, so the time frame can vary. The typical span is from seven to 10 days.

Q: How much disk space am I allowed?
A: Your first one (1) gigabyte of data in Big Biller is included in your base price. If you exceed one (1) gigabyte, the extra cost is only $15 per month for each additional 250 megabytes of space, with the first $15 being charged after exceeding one (1) gigabyte.

Q: Can I use Big Biller on Blackberry, Treo, or other hand-held PDAs?
A: Big Biller can be accessed with hand-held PDA devices through Internet Explorer.

Q: Will Big Biller work on my Mac?
