The FPP Program

The Frequent Placer Program (FPP Program) is an incentive program designed to reward you for making placements. Much like a airline frequent traveler program, you earn points, which are redeemable toward travel awards and other prizes. You can also earn points for meeting another Member face to face, attending conventions and meetings, using the services of Top Echelon Contracting, etc., etc., etc.

This program costs you nothing to participate. You may redeem the points you have accumulated for a travel award at any time throughout 2003. Obviously, the more points you accumulate the better the award you can win.

Purpose of the FPP
Top Echelon Network offers this program in order to stimulate activity within the Membership. Each recruiter learns how to effectively network with other Members, while using Top Echelon Network as a tool for establishing and achieving their own performance goals. The goal of the FPP Program is to help solidify the bond between Network Members and to educate Members on how to effectively use Top Echelon Network. This increases revenues for each participant, thus increasing revenues for Top Echelon Network. Everybody wins!

Plateaus
We have established plateaus of performance so you can rise to the level you are capable of achieving. Some will reach higher levels than others due to their own capacity to make placements. Others will reach higher plateaus simply because there are more recruiters in their niche markets with whom they can split. We recommend that you set realistic goals for yourself.

Who is eligible?
Each Preferred Member is automatically eligible to participate in our Frequent Placer Program. You don’t have to fill out an application. Simply being a Member in good standing qualifies you for the program.
