Top
Echelon Network holds an annual Spring National Convention and a Fall Conference. The
meetings are ways for Top Echelon Preferred Members to meet each other, develop valuable
Trading Partner relationships, gain industry information from the industry's top speakers
(such as Danny Cahill, Doug Beabout, Peter Weddle, Steve Finkel, etc.), and just have a
great time together. Preferred Members are invited and encouraged to attend these meetings
each year.
Some of the content of past meetings
include:

Industry
speakers: Every year, we are pleased to offer the knowledge
of the industry's best speakers. Past speakers include
Barbara Bruno, CPC, Danny Cahill, Terry Petra, Bill Radin, Doug
Beabout, Jeff Skrentny, Steve Finkel, and others. These
speakers offer insights into the recruiting industry and the
trends that surround it.

Core Group
roundtable discussions: We encourage Preferred Members
to submit questions to us about issues that affect their business
before the meetings begin. We then create "roundtable"
discussion sessions
based on these issues. Each roundtable discussion group
is moderated by a Preferred Member volunteer. The group discusses
these issues and how they are affected by them, and then finds
solutions to potential problems that may arise from these issues.
"Breakout" rooms: The
breakout rooms are manned by a Top Echelon representative who is there to answer your
questions about topics such as software capabilities, contracting issues, Internet
strategies, marketing issues, etc.
