Echelon Network is a Placement Network
for recruiters. Simply put, we provide whatever recruiting tools, software, and
services that our Members need to make placement income.
- We help our Members make split placements. A split
placement is a placement where one recruiter has the job order, and
another recruiter has the candidate. These recruiters share their candidate and job order
information to satisfy the Employer’s hiring needs. If a placement is made, the two
recruiters each receive a 47% split of the placement fee (paid by the Employer), and Top
Echelon Network receives a 6% brokerage fee.
- We help our Members make non-split placements. A
non-split placement is when a recruiter has the job order, and Top Echelon Network helps
him/her locate the candidate (or vice versa). In this situation, the recruiter keeps the
majority of the placement fee (paid by the Employer), and Top Echelon Network receives a
brokerage fee.

Members of Top Echelon Network are among the most successful recruiters
in the world. Membership in Top Echelon Network is a privilege afforded to third party
recruiters only. Preferred Membership is a level of service reserved for a relatively
small group of recruiting firms who have proven themselves to be among the industry's most
successful and ethical firms.
