As one of two founders of Top Echelon in
1987, I envisioned using our software talents to build th e strongest network of employment
recruiters in the world. Two of us started Top Echelon in a dingy office located in the
basement of a factory. Money was scarce, financial backing was out of the question, and we
worked exhaustive hours. After years of what appeared to be insurmountable odds, Top
Echelon achieved its initial goal of becoming the strongest, most productive network of
recruiters in the world.
