After
you have reached an agreement with the Client Company and the Contractor on bill rates,
pay rates, start dates, etc., you only have to complete three simple forms for Top Echelon
Contracting. The three forms are:
- Client Company Information Sheet (name,
address, rates, etc.)
- Candidate Information Sheet (name,
address, rates, etc.)
- Recruiter Checklist (intended
to help you cover all of the details)

These forms are included in the Contract
Training Kit. You may view the forms here or call Top Echelon
Contracting and we will fax or email them to you. Once you have completed the three pages,
fax them to Top Echelon Contracting, and we will generate all of the official paperwork
for the client and contractor. We take care of the rest of the forms; as the back-office service provider. We are here to make your deals simple so you can
