Checks to recruiters
When a client pays Top Echelon Contracting for an open invoice(s) for contract employee services, the recruiter will be paid their share of the profit within 24 hours.  It is our goal to pay the recruiter as quickly as possible.  Recruiter checks are mailed or sent by Federal Express, based on the recruiter's request.

Reports to recruiters
Top Echelon Contracting sends out a Statement of Contract Assignment (SCA) with every recruiter check. This report is printed on blue paper, so it is easily recognizable. The SCA is designed to keep you completely informed on each contract placement you have made through Top Echelon Contracting. The following information is included on the SCA:

• The hours worked by the contractor each week.
• The total hours worked for the assignment.
• A listing of each invoice Top Echelon Contracting has sent to your client.
• The total amount billed to date for the assignment.
• Each payment Top Echelon has received from your client.
• Each check Top Echelon has sent to you.
• Your total income from the assignment.
• All current open invoices to your client (to help you plan your future cash flow).

All of the items listed on the Statement of Contract Assignment assists us in supplying the recruiter with all of the information available on their contract placement. We strive to openly communicate with you regarding your contract placement.
