Employer Service - We become the employer of in all contracting placements made with Top Echelon.

Recruiter assistance - We answer recruiters' questions about contracting, provide assistance in negotiating salaries and bill rates, run quotes showing recruiters' incomes based on salaries and bill rates, provide all necessary forms and pay the recruiter upon receipt of payment from the client company.

Payroll - Top Echelon Contracting collects weekly time sheets from employees, calculates payroll amounts, withholds payroll taxes, processes payroll checks, pays all employees weekly, and secures payroll funding.

Billing - Top Echelon Contracting calculates amounts due, sends weekly invoices (referencing the recruiter on the invoice) and supporting time sheets to the client company.

Collections - Top Echelon Contracting handles all billing matters; terms are "on receipt."

Provides employee benefits - Top Echelon Contracting can provide employees with medical insurance coverage, paid vacation, paid holidays, and direct deposit of weekly pay to employees in all states.

Insurance - We cover all employees with a comprehensive general liability policy, fidelity bonding against employee dishonesty and forgery, and non-owned and hired automobile liability insurance.

Employee paperwork - We complete all paperwork with the contractor to become a Top Echelon employee, including: W-4 form, form I-9, workers' compensation agreements, medical insurance registration forms, direct deposit registration forms, and time sheets.

Account maintenance - We answer day-to-day questions from employees and client companies regarding payroll, billing, address changes and other routine matters.
