They want someone else to become the candidate’s employer and handle all the taxes, insurance, benefits, employment contracts, workers’ compensation, payroll funding, and payroll processing.

What is the Rate Calculator?
The Rate Calculator is a simple on-line calculator that can be added to a recruiter’s Website. The Rate Calculator will determine the hourly Pay Rate for a candidate and the Company Bill Rate for invoicing the client company for a non-recruited placement. Enter the Pay Rate into the Calculator, select a State, and then press Calculate to determine the Company Bill Rate. The exact procedure applies for determining the Candidate Pay Rate. How does the Employer Service work?
Once the rates are finalized with both parties, the client company will complete a simple online form. The form is electronically submitted to Top Echelon Contracting. We will generate all the contractual documents for the placement and send a complete employment packet to the candidate. Since there is truly zero recruiting involved, our next step is to notify you (the recruiter) that you’ve made a non-recruited placement at ABC Company, earning $x.xx per hour, plus we will identify the candidate and the hiring manager, along with applicable contact information.

How does this service benefit the recruiter?
The most obvious reason is increased cash flow without any recruiting effort. When the recruiter elects to have theRate Calculator added to their Web site, the default profit margin is 4% of the hourly Pay Rate. Keep in mind, the actual dollar amount is small, but there is zero recruiting effort.
