provided by Top Echelon Contracting. From the recruiter's point of
view, the parts of the placement remain the same. You get a contract
job order and you recruit a contract candidate, therefore, you maintain
your "front-office" relationship with the client and candidate.
We handle the administrative and payroll aspects of a contract placement
as part of our back-office services. Primarily we place technical,
professional and high-end healthcare contractors.
