Features and benefits of Awards and Recognition through Top Echelon:

Frequent Placer Points
The FPP program is an incentive program that is designed to help stimulate activity within the Network. As you "earn" points, you reach various Plateau levels. Each level offers different travel awards - the higher the Plateau, the more travel choices you will have. FPP points are "redeemed" in February of the next calendar year. When you redeem your points, you also choose your destination. Corporate & Leisure Travel will take care of booking your hotel, making your flight arrangements, and will provide you with any information you need before you take your trip.

The bottom line: the more activity you have within Top Echelon, the more FPP points you will accumulate, the greater the rewards you'll receive.

Stars
As a Preferred Member you can earn stars (or keep your current stars) by simply making placements using Top Echelon's systems or tools. Since the stars are calculated on a rolling 12-month window, you can quickly increase your number of stars without having to wait for month-end, quarter-end, or year-end reporting. As your placements are reported to Top Echelon and the six percent brokerage fee is received in our office, the dollars you've earned are tallied and stars are awarded (if appropriate). Stars are earned by the individual recruiters who make placements. They are not based on placements within an office.

Who Sees These Stars?
Here are all the places where the stars appear:
· The individual recruiter's Online Business Card (which is viewed by candidates and employers)
· The recruiter's Recruiter Profile (viewed by other Members via the Member's Area)
· Candidates' information sheets that are displayed on the Member's Area
· Job order information sheets that are displayed on the Member's Area
· They accompany the recruiter's name when they post a message on the Member's Area Online Discussion Forum
· On nametags worn at Top Echelon Conventions / Meetings.
This means that job seekers, potential employers, and other recruiters will be able to see what a Top Producers' star(s) mean and which recruiters have the most stars.

Recognition
You will be recognized for your professional achievements at Top Echelon's yearly Convention. If you are a Top Producer in your region or a Top Producer in split or non-split placements, you will be rewarded at the Convention.
