After Internet candidates "nominates themselves" for positions, their responses are "logged" in our Job Advertising Response Log, and are immediately emailed to the job order recruiter. This not only provides our Members fast responses to their job orders, it also gives them an organized method for monitoring the level of response activity on their jobs posted to the Internet.
