Members input their candidates and job orders into the Member's Area for other Members to search. A simple form is provided that allows you to add your candidates and job orders for other Members to see, as well as those who will see your candidates and job orders that you advertise on the Internet.  Our Candidate Add screen helps you cut down on your data entry. The "parse" feature takes the candidate's resume (that you paste into the left-hand pane), and pulls the candidate's contact information, populating the fields in the right-hand pane.
