In this episode of In this episode of "Top Echelon TV," Top Echelon Internet Strategies Manager Todd Bossler talks about the best time for recruiters to send out their emails, both in terms of day of the week and also time of day.

According to Bossler, there are no hard and fast rules for exactly when to send out emails, but there are some general guidelines and accepted practices.  For instance, Monday and Friday are both days to be avoided when sending emails, as is very early in the day or very late in the day.  Click on the video link before for more information about when recruiters should send emails.
